In neighbouring Thailand, residents and officials are assessing the damage caused by the quake.

Rescue workers are searching for survivors after a 33-storey building under construction collapsed in the capital Bangkok. It’s believed more than 100 workers were in the building at the time. City officials say at least 6 people have died, 22 are injured, and more than 100 are still missing.
