Germany car attack: Two killed after vehicle ploughed into crowd in Mannheim

Two people have been confirmed dead after a car drove into a crowd in the German city of Mannheim. Several others have been injured. Police say they arrested one suspect but haven’t ruled out accomplices. People are being urged to avoid the city’s central area. It follows similar incidents last month and in December when cars rammed into people in Munich and Magdeburg.
