Turkiye’s main opposition party has re-elected Ozgur Ozel as its chairman. More than 1,100 party delegates backed Ozel’s re-election. His CHP party says it held the meeting to fend off government efforts to replace the party leadership with trustees, after allegations of vote buying in the last race.
