The United States and Cambodia say they’re ready to resume joint military drills after a break of nearly a decade. Two US generals visited the Southeast Asian nation in late February as the Trump administration lifted a freeze on funding for demining operations. Analysts say improving ties helped bring back the life-saving program, but concerns remain about the future of US support.
