Friday marks the 66th anniversary of the democratic reform that ended feudal serfdom in southwest China’s Xizang Autonomous Region. Losang Phuntsog, a student monk from Shannan City, studies in the esoteric Tibetan Buddhism department at Xizang Buddhism University, the only high-level, comprehensive Tibetan Buddhist institute in the region.
