China-Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) people-to-people exchanges are the bedrock of good relations, the ASEAN Secretary-General said in an interview. China’s embassies in ASEAN member states and the ASEAN committee in Beijing are all working toward mutual understanding, tourism and safety.
