As China rolls out the red carpet for a series of high-level gatherings this week, it demonstrates its commitment to opening up and fostering cooperation with the international community. Following the China Development Forum in Beijing, the Boao Forum for Asia Annual Conference kicked off on Thursday in Hainan, with the theme "Asia in the Changing World: Towards a Shared Future." CGTN’s Tian Wei moderated Wednesday’s panel on "Addressing Climate Change: Issues and Solutions," featuring global leaders, climate experts, economists and business leaders. The panel focused on strategies to combat global warming through sustainability, with an emphasis on supporting emerging market economies.
