China is accelerating the revision and finalization of a draft law aimed at promoting the growth and protection of private enterprises. A member of the 14th National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, Yang Decai shared his insights on how the draft will boost market confidence and stabilize expectations for the private economy. "I believe this law will be implemented swiftly within this year," Yang added.
