A research team from Beihang University, the Chinese Academy of Sciences’ Institute of Deep-sea Science, and Zhejiang University has developed a miniature deep-sea morphable robot, marking a milestone in China’s deep-sea exploration. Measuring 50 centimeters long and weighing 1.5 kilograms, it can withstand extreme deep-sea pressure.
