Israeli forces carried out two "warning air strikes" on Beirut’s southern suburbs on Friday after issuing threats to target the Hadath area, local broadcaster al-Jadeed reported. The strikes prompted hundreds of residents to evacuate their homes, the report said. The air strikes are the first Israeli strikes against Beirut’s suburbs since a ceasefire was reached on November 27, 2024.
