UK’s Heathrow Airport was closed on Friday after an electrical substation fire caused a power outage. It is not yet known what caused the fire. More than 1,000 flights will be impacted by the sudden closure of Heathrow today. Customers due to travel from Heathrow on Friday are advised not to travel to the airport until further notice.
