wo quadrupedal robots, dubbed "robot dogs," have been deployed by the fire and rescue brigade in Qingdao, east China’s Shandong Province. Weighing around 70 kilograms each, these robots boast a range exceeding 15 kilometers and can operate for up to 3.6 hours. Fitted with laser scanning, gas sensors and a dual-light gimbal, they deliver real-time footage, detect hazardous gases, locate heat sources through smoke and support remote monitoring for more effective search and rescue missions.
