The decision has drawn widespread attention and strong reactions globally. In a recent CGTN interview, South Koreans shared their perspectives on the issue. Some viewed the tariffs as a "political bluff" intended to pressure other nations, suggesting the impact will be limited. However, others criticized the move as "extremely unfair," arguing that the United States is abusing its power. They said the tariff policy will not only harm the South Korean economy but also jeopardize global trade relations.
