British Prime Minister Keir Starmer says a coalition of the willing will present a peace plan for Ukraine to the United States, after talks between Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Donald Trump dramatically collapsed on Friday. Starmer has hosted an emergency summit of European leaders and allies in London. They agreed to increase military budgets and boost Ukraine’s defences through economic and military aid.
