Survivors of the devastating 7.5-magnitude earthquake and tsunami that struck Central Sulawesi in 2018 have recently moved to permanent housing. It will be their first time experiencing the month of Ramadan, and celebrating Eid in their new homes. In Palu, the provincial capital of Central Sulawesi, reconstruction work is still ongoing nearly seven years. Saifulbahri Ismail visits Palu to see how residents are observing the Islamic holy month.
