Pritam Singh asks Minister Josephine Teo how public can track KPIs for SPH Media Trust
Leader of the Opposition Pritam Singh asked Minister for Digital Development and Information Josephine Teo if there was a simpler way for the public to track and understand key performance indicators for SPH Media Trust given the size of the subsidies to the organisation. In financial year 2023, SPH Media Trust did not meet some of its KPIs, including digital and youth reach, and average time spent on its website and apps. The government had earlier said it would provide up to S$900 million in funding support for SPH Media Trust.
