The Aam Aadmi Party has accused Prime Minister Modi of failing to deliver on his promise to disburse Rs 2,500 to Delhi women by March 8th under the Mahila Samman Scheme. The BJP government has approved a Rs 5,100 crore allocation for the scheme, but AAP claims no funds have been transferred. AAP spokesperson Priyanka Kakkar criticised the announcement as unfulfilled.
