South Korea’s Constitutional Court dismisses Han’s impeachment, reinstates him as acting president
South Korean Prime Minister Han Duck-soo has been reinstated as acting president after the Constitutional Court dismissed the impeachment motion against him. That verdict came ahead of the court’s ruling on President Yoon Suk Yeol’s impeachment case over his martial law declaration last year. CNA’s senior correspondent Lim Yun Suk has more.
