Microsoft Moroccan employee Ibtihal Aboussad confronted Mustafa Suleyman, the CEO of Microsoft AI, during the company’s 50th anniversary event, accusing the company of powering Israel’s genocide in Gaza through its AI technology.

This demonstration followed a report revealing that Microsoft and OpenAI tools were being used by Tel Aviv to select bombing targets in Gaza and Lebanon. These targets have claimed the lives of over 50,000 Palestinians in Gaza and 4,000 in Lebanon since October 2023.
