Countries must come together to harness tech to solve humanity’s common challenges: DPM Heng
Singapore Deputy Prime Minister Heng Swee Keat has called on countries to come together to harness technology to solve challenges, such as ageing and climate change. He was speaking at the annual Zhongguancun technology forum in Beijing. The event featured nearly 100 robots from 15 companies. Mr Heng also stressed the importance of global innovation and tech cooperation in the age of artificial intelligence and automation. Tan Si Hui reports.
