GE2025: PAP introduces Tampines GRC team, including new faces Charlene Chen and David Neo
Minister for Social and Family Development Masagos Zulkifli will lead the People’s Action Party (PAP) slate in Tampines GRC for the upcoming #GE2025.

He will be joined by two political newcomers: former army chief David Neo, 47, and assistant professor Charlene Chen, 43. Incumbents Senior Minister of State Koh Poh Koon and Mr Baey Yam Keng are also part of the five-member team at Tampines GRC, the party announced on Wednesday (Apr 16).

During the unveiling of potential candidates, Mr Masagos also addressed the gap that was left after former MP Cheng Li Hui resigned from parliament and the PAP over an affair with then-Speaker Tan Chuan Jin.
