Singapore national football captain Hariss Harun and his wife are trying to teach their 11-year-old son, Naufal, who has autism, to be independent and manage his disability even as they struggle with public perception of him. Keenbie Kok, mother of 13-year-old twins with autism, is on a similar mission. “People will tell us ‘you should watch your child’.
