Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has accused Russia of not demonstrating a commitment to ending the war. This is after President Vladimir Putin agreed to temporarily stop attacking Ukrainian energy facilities, but stopped short of endorsing a full 30-day ceasefire, during a phone call with US President Donald Trump.
