Scam centre survivor shares how he got in and out of Myanmar’s KK Park
A multinational crackdown on scam syndicates has seen thousands of workers sent home in recent weeks from centres operated from compounds in Myanmar. Chinese state media have described the workers as "scam suspects", but rescue groups said many are victims of modern slavery. A man from Sri Lanka, who spent six months trapped inside the KK Park scam compound on the Thai-Myanmar border, shares how he got out. Tan Qiuyi reports.
