Some businesses in Singapore facing up to 50% loss in takings amid incessant rain
The incessant rainfall over the past two days in Singapore has seen flood risk warnings at several locations. According to the National Environment Agency, over the past two days, Jurong West recorded the highest total amount of rainfall at 318 mm. Singapore’s average monthly rainfall in March stood at 209.7mm. The non-stop heavy rain also saw outdoor businesses facing up to 50% in losses. Nasyrah Rohim reports.
