Intuitive Machines’ lunar lander, Athena, has successfully landed on the Moon but appears to have tipped over, similar to the company’s first Moon mission last year. Launched from Florida on February 26 using a SpaceX rocket, Athena carried 11 scientific instruments and payloads to explore the Moon’s surface and search for water ice beneath it.
