‘Wicked’ stars Ariana Grande and Cynthia Erivo performed a medley of songs from the ‘Wizard of Oz’ universe at the 2025 Oscars. Ariana kicked off the award show with ‘Somewhere Over the Rainbow’ from the 1939 version of ‘The Wizard of Oz.’ Once she left the stage, Cynthia came out to sing ‘Home’ from 1978’s ‘The Wiz.’ Then, the ladies came together to belt out ‘Wicked’s beloved hit, ‘Defying Gravity.’
