Footage from British newspaper The Guardian shows the last moments of a 12-year-old Palestinian boy who was shot and killed by Israeli forces. Ayman al-Hammouni was killed during an Israeli raid on Hebron more than a week ago. The Guardian says footage from two security cameras shows Israeli soldiers spotting the dead child and walking away. Ayman is then picked up by his uncle and taken to hospital. Israel has increased the frequency and intensity of its raids on the occupied West Bank.
Khaled Quzmar, general director of Defense for Children International’s Palestine section, said Israel is obliged as an occupying power to open an investigation into every case of children being killed or wounded.
