World leaders, tech geniuses, academics and experts will be in Paris for the AI Action Summit on Monday. Vice Premier Zhang Guoqing, who’s in charge of industrial policy, will attend as a special representative of Chinese President Xi Jinping. The two-day talks come at a critical time for the rapidly-evolving AI industry.
