Scarlett Johansson calls for action against AI, after a fake video using her likeness to condemn Kanye West’s antisemitism went viral. In a statement to ET, Scarlett says that while she is ‘a Jewish woman who has no tolerance for antisemitism,’ she warns against ‘the misuse of AI, no matter its messaging.’ The AI-generated clip features Scarlett, Drake, Natalie Portman and others wearing shirts with a Star of David and a hamsa made into a middle finger, with ‘Kanye’ written underneath. This follows Ye’s recent antisemitic rants, which led to his talent agency dropping him and his Yeezy website being taken down.
